📦 Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
International shipping is not available at this time.

⏱ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Delivery Times

  • Cape Town: 1–3 working days

  • Major cities (Joburg, Durban, etc.): 2–5 working days

  • Outlying areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

💸 Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate (Standard Shipping): R150

  • Free shipping on orders over R600
    (Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.)

We work with reliable couriers such as The Courier Guy, PUDO, or Aramex to ensure safe, trackable delivery.

📦 Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email to follow your parcel’s journey.

  • Seconds to Go is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or issues with third-party couriers.

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, you’ll need to cover re-shipping costs.
